How to access opened files from another windows user account

Hello,

I’ve been using NP++ for sometime in another user account,
and been keeping few files open without saving (wrong move-I think)

After recent window update, some how i lost access to that user profile, and i was forced to create a new profile, and now i’m trying to find a way to open the same opened files in the other installations.

I have admin access and also i have all the files from the old installation.

by default, the periodic backups of unsaved files go in %AppData%\Notepad++\backups\ directory. So go to c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\notepad++\backups for the appropriate username.
