      Hello,

      I have a list of names and surnames in one tab and the same in another. I have compared them but some names/nicknames it fails to detect. For example, Jonathan Jackson is merged to Jon Jackson on the second list but it fails to do this with “Deborah” to “Debbie”. I want to merge the two in one to then save it.

      Can I manually tell it to do this? That way I can more easily save the document once I’m done and compare the two for the missing ones.

      Thanks!

        @powerbananas ,

        The Compare plugin knows nothing about nicknames. So I’m not sure what you think currently works and what you are hoping it would do that it doesn’t seem to.

        Could you show some example data, and a screenshot of how the Compare currently functions, then describe how you’d like it to actually function?
