Searching a file between a text and Hex value

Hello there notepad people, I’m trying to do a search between two values
a text value, and then get it to STOP at the first Hex or in this Case ASCII

So for the sake of the example in the high light it would only search for this.
unit/dark_legion/c_deu_tc/c_del_if001/5223323785071837139
anything between
unit/dark_legion and a HEX or Ascii symbol

if that isn’t possible is there a way I could convert this file to a text file only so I could easy search between two values? my problem is right now I don’t know what to put in the search since it’s Hex Symbols.
