    Hi ,
    I am using Notepad++ 8.3.3 and I am getting the following insert whenever I try to paste on screen.

    Plugin Exception

    An exception occurred due to plugin: Python Indent.dll

    Exception reason: Access violation

    OK

    Everything used to work fine.
    I have no idea what I did that caused this to happen.
    Comments, please.
    Thank you.
    David

      @david-findlay ,

      Let me guess: you used to be able to paste in an old version of Notepad++, but as soon as you updated, then that plugin started crashing.

      Try uninstalling the plugin. My guess is that the crashing will go away (because un-plugin’d Notepad++ v8.3.3 has no problem with accepting pastes). Then check to see if Python Indent plugin’s developer has released a new version that will work with Notepad++ v8.3.3 (because in v8.3.0, Notepad++ changed the interface with plugins slightly, and not all are compatible, and need to be updated)
