Lokking for a line filter plugin

Is anyone aware of a line filtering plugin?
At present, would like to hide certain lines from log files I am looking at.
Using Find-all with an ‘anti-find’ regex search term is making my head spin some.Would be great if there were a plug in that would allow multiple regexes for display or hide?
Show lines with these regexes ___________________________ or ___________________________ and Hide lines with these regexes ___________________________ or ___________________________Nested if and/or would be even better.
