Cant find plugin - textfx characters

Hi , i sorry if i write in wrong topic. I have Notepad++v8.2.1, 64 bit, i deside reove dubpliccates from text file, but i cant find plugin - textfx characters -
Hoe can this problem be fixt ? Can i download plugin or ?
Pleas help me, good people .

@alexey-ivanov there is 64-bit textfx, but unfortunately doesn’t work as good:

if it’s important to you, I would suggest to switch to 32-bit npp -

Notepad++ has Edit > Line Operations > Remove Duplicates feature built-in now.
