Duplicate all bookmarked lines

Hi
I have a xml file of which this is one of multiple nodes.<way> <tag k="name" v="Platform 1"/> <tag k="railway" v="platform"/> </way>Each has a ‘name’ line but with varying ‘v’ values.
Ctrl D duplicates an individual line.
I wish to perform that action on each ‘name’ line.I know how to bookmark each of those lines, but is there a way to duplicate those bookmarked lines?
Is there an easier way to achieve my goal?

Do a replacement operation:
Find:
(?-is)^.*?"name" v=".+\R
Replace:$0$0
Search mode: regular expression -

Forget the bookmarking idea entirely; it isn’t useful to the task at hand.
