How do I replace a text after an = ?

I have this
local Cooldown = 20000
and it repeats a thousands of times
the 20000 (the number after the =) is different each timehow can i find all “local cooldown = ???”
and replace it with whatever number I want, specifically, zero
so basically, I wantlocal Cooldown = WhatEverNumberHereNoMatterHowLongOrShortItisto become
local Cooldown = 0what should i do?
