Is there any way to disable Full Screen?

When I hit the Backspace key, sometimes I accidently hit F11 or F12 which launches Full-Screen / Post-It view. It drives me nuts.

Is there any plugin or way to disable Fullscreen?

Settings > Shortcut Mapper, filter by F12 and clear to get rid of F12=PostIt, and filter by F11 and clear to get rid of F11=Toggle Full Screen Mode
