      I want to change the foreground text color of anything in square brackets. It is currently bright pink.

      If I take the preinstalled markdown UDL and change every foreground color code to another colour, all text in square brackets remain pink :-(

      anyone know where that colour is coming from then?

      How come my first use of any software always has the most important and frequent thing I used set up wrong with no way to change it…

        @eglacias,

        If by “bright pink”, you mean “purple” (RGB=0x8000FF), that setting is the color for the “delimiter 1”, which is where the styling for brackets is defined.
