After a fresh install, ? > Update Notepad++ responds with a “curl error” dialog saying, “Failed to connect to 0.0.0.0 port 1080 after 0ms: Address not available.”

Update used to work with the default proxy settings of 0.0.0.0 and port 0. These defaults are still listed in ? > Set Updater Proxy and in GUP.xml. But the curl error message still reports the error on port 1080. It looks like the port setting is being ignored.
