The “Plugin Admin…” window position is locked. It cannot be moved to a new screen position. On some systems this forces the left side of the window off screen. Can someone make this window dragable so screen position is no longer an issue?

It is easily draggable to new screen locations for me using standard Windows manipulation (mouse on title bar, or Alt+Spacebar,M to Move). This has been true for every version I’ve used (every released version of Notepad++) since the Plugins Admin tool was added to Notepad++, and is confirmed true in the most-recent v8.5.2.

Not exactly sure what you mean by this, could you post a screenshot maybe? I can freely move the dialog around the screen with the mouse. On a Windows setup with multiple monitors, it can even be dragged to the different monitors.

When you open Settings > Preferences or Settings > Style Configurator, do you have the same issue with those dialogs? Or how about the Notepad++ window itself, can you resize and move that?
