Help or little bug

Seems that by maximizing the program window, then clicking on “X” to close it, the “X” isn’t exactly in the top right corner. In my case, I close the program behind Notepad++ also if Notepad++ has the window expand to the maximum (central icon of the three at the top right corner). I hope it’s almost clear.
Example: open any window (program) and expand the window. Open Notepad ++ and expand it. Close Notepad++ by clicking on the “x” icon in the top right corner; this click close the program behind Notepad -

Not sure it is an issue for everyone, as it doesn’t seem to affect me.
