[Npp bug] Menu anomalous behavior when changing Npp Localization

I am getting an anomalous behaviour when I change language using menu > Preferences > General > Localization combobox:
There I Select English, than I get back to my language, Italian, and I get a duplicated menu as indicated into the following screenshots:
Also:
- Window menu contains Plugin items
- Plugins menu contains TextFX items
I get this problem after TextFX or TextFX2 (https://github.com/rainman74/NPPTextFX2) installation using Plugin Admin, even right after unzipped the portable version of Npp. This happens not only to the current Npp version but I got the same issue basically in all the past versions of Npp where I installed TextFX. So I suppose it is a TextFX plugin issue.
Can someone else check if the issue is confirmed on other systems?

Definitely you should start an issue in TextFX’s repo if you haven’t already -

Definitely you should start an issue in TextFX’s repo if you haven’t alreadyTextFX is abandonware since 2009, so if you did put in an issue, they won’t pay any attention. We have a FAQ on TextFX and possible replacements.
As a reminder to @wonkawilly , while Win7 is still listed in the “can be run” column of the official Notepad++ support list, it is not supported, and developers will generally ignore issues that are specific to win7 – and the regulars here usually won’t bother trying to figure out how to help with win7-specific problems, because most of us don’t have a copy of an OS that was last updated in 2011.

Sorry, I wrote the plugin name wrong: I installed NPPTextFX2 from https://github.com/rainman74/NPPTextFX2 using Plugin Admin.
NPPTextFX2 only is available into Plugin Admin.
My mistake.
