linter plugin notepad++ 8.5 compatibility

For those who use the ‘linter’ plugin, I’ve submitted a PR to make it work properly with notepad++ v8.5 (probably lower - like 8.4 or even 8.3, depending on when the API changed to support files > 4Gb).
You’ll have to go to the PR and download the appropriate zip file and extract the dll to your notepad++ plugins directory, until such time as the author accepts the PR.
