FIND/SEARCH not showing the results

When trying to find something the in the document, after clicking Find in the current document option, nothing happens.

Are you sure you don’t get something like this:
So I attempted to find something which doesn’t exist. The Find function says it can’t find the text.
I suggest you read one of the FAQ posts here. Supply us with something more to work with. Like what type of file are you searching.
