I have a txt file that is the export of an access db. What I need is find all the lines that did not start by a number, put the cursor at the beginning of that line and push backspace. The other option would be putting the cursor at the end of the previous line and push delete. There is some way to automate that in notepad++. I also could use any script (pyton, php, bash, etc).

Use Search | Replace… and set:

Find what : \R(?!\d)
Replace with : (leave empty)
Search Mode: Regular expression

then click Replace All.
