Wierd characters

Hello so i downloaded a file and opened with NotePad++ and there were a lot of wierd characters like: K74†™Ç++¬ÚLHƒ’.ËlŠ`¬ŠÒmöŒ7~N³-®/^¿‹C8®¡UÆÿÕŸ}?ôe˜S¼J²ökç­°·í2ò4_±ä†O7aP¯ƒéÚ­Š5ÕÀÐrŒÇꤤÌÑøñΔ‡×oA}–ů

i dont really know much and i just wanted to read the stufe that stands in there please i need help

Your file is NOT a text file.
Thus, you see “weird stuff”.
Not sure what YOU expect to see in this case.
