XML Tools - Validation against a Schema

I am using the XML Tools plugin to validate XML files against an XSD schema however I can’t seem to work out why the validation will stop on the first error and I cannot continue unless I correct the error highlighted. I was hoping to skip to the next error in sequence as per the options in the XML Tools plugin but they don’t seem to work as expected. What am I missing?
Is there a setting that llows the validator to skip to the next error?

I can’t help you with this error, but if nobody here can help, you might want to go to the GitHub repo and raise an issue, so that maybe the maintainer or somebody else can help.
