Your NppFTP version is dated Dec 2019, so seriously old.

See here for the different versions (on github).

I don’t know if that will fix your issue though but possibly some incompatibility between NPP and NppFTP might be causing the problem. Since you updated NPP and the NppFTP configuration files will likely be in a different folder to NPP I would start with a NppFTP update.

PS if you use the Plugin Admin feature that should say 29.12 as the version to update to.
