    "Clear Type" does not affect the font display in the editor

      Why the setting in Windows “Clear Type” does not affect the font display in the editor.
      Please fix it.

      This problem has appeared since version 8.60

        Do you have Settings > Preferences > MISC > Direct Draw on? If not, that might make it respond to Windows “Clear Type”.

        If that doesn’t help, then you would have to put in an official feature request; as our FAQ explains, a post anywhere in this Forum does not count as an official feature request.
