Pluggin. How readding crurent document Line per Line

I m a begginner to write pluggin in notepad++. I would’like to know how , on pluggin , reading all the Line for the curent document Line after Line
For each Line i Want to modifiy this and write the Line modified in News document
modification an outleet line per lien.
?
I dont know how reading all the line from crurent document and write a string (saved un variable), un another one.Thanks for you all

What do you have so far?
