The file will not open.

After saving it as .html, I ran it in notepad++ to fix the .html web page file again. But the file won’t open, why is that?

That’s a bit vague for a problem description.
What happens when you try to open the file?
Nothing? A problem dialog opens? How do you try to open the file? Drag and drop? … The more information you provide, the better someone can see what might be going wrong and help you better.

@최민정 What’s your operating system name and version?

There could be a bug with this file being locked. I’ve seen this before on windows for other types of files. Reboot the machine and see if that releases the file lock.
