Starting with version v6.7.9 (.1) column-mode, copy in the Find window doesn’t work anymore.
Highlighting the column to copy (using Alt + mouse selection) does work > but : copy the too clipboard (right-mouse-button, and copy from the pop-up selection window) > paste results in only the complete last line (without containing line number, but more than highlighted with column mode).

With v6.7.8.2 copying in column-mode in the Find results window is working normally.

Also tried to rename the plugins folder (like suggested here https://notepad-plus-plus.org/community/topic/10202/deleting-in-column-mode-doesn-t-work-as-expected), but still same behavior, no column-mode copy in the Find result window.

      Suspect related with:

        Hi Ron,

Again, the column mode selection works nice, on my configuration ! Refers to my reply to your other post :

        https://notepad-plus-plus.org/community/topic/10436/containing-line-numbers-from-find-window-not-copied-anymore/2

        So, try this method :

        • On the Find result panel, perform a column mode selection, on a few lines

        • Immediately, hit the CTRL + C shortcut

        • Paste your clipboard selection, with the classical Edit - Paste option or with the CTRL + V shortcut

        It should be OK :-))

        Cheers,

          Hi Guy,

Indeed with Crtl-C it works. Thanks for the advice.
Still I think that using copy from the pop-up window should give the same result, and not only copy the last full line.

          Thanks

          Ron
