Why is the nppLocalization folder located at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\nppLocalization?
Temp folder can easily be deleted by a cleaning agent.

If you were to push the files in the folder to i.e.: %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Npp\nppLocalization it would probably not ever be deleted and the installation immediately becomes more “All Users” based.
