Files changed - "Yes to all" or "No to all"

I often find when a bunch of files become unavailable or change, the modal popup to reload appears many times (once per file, of course). If there’s a plugin that provides a ‘no to all’ and ‘yes to all’ I’d appreciate a pointer to it - or if there’s a feature request location I’d be happy to submit it.
