[New Plugin] Notepad++ XML Treeview plugin

Hi all,
I just develop a plugin for my own use, a XML treeview.

It is the first version, strip out of features (apart from show the XML document in a treeview).

You can find it in https://github.com/joaoasrosa/nppxmltreeview under “Release” tab.

All comments and feature requests are welcome. You can use the Pull Request feature or contribute to the repository.
