How to change the icons of the toolbar ?

Hello to the community.
It is a long time that I’m using Notepad++ and I’d like to change the icons of the toolbar.
I looked into the configuration menus but there is nothing to do that.
I know that it is possible, because every time I get an update there is the question “do you want to change the ugly, horrible ect. ect. toolbar icons ?” or something like that.Thanks for any help.
