Some problems with some cyrillic characters in specific positions

After saving files (.txt file or file without extension) and opening it again, sometimes, the first symbol in lines (lines which starting first from left border, without “tabs” shifting) changes to wrong.
Similar problems whith symbols “я” in any positions in the text.
