Weird folder behavior

I’m trying to add folding regions to my file using the ‘Folding in comment style:’. However, Notepad++ doesn’t seem to recognize the regions properly - it always moves them a couple of lines down. See screenshot here: http://imgur.com/FbG0R19

Any ideas anybody?

Here is a possibly similar thread. Perhaps your line endings are not consistent?
