Exclude filetypes from Search

Hey guys,
I need to do extensive searches with notepad++, and unfortunately the Search that is basically great also will search files like .wav etc. which multiplies the needed time for search,does someone know if there s a way to exclude files in the search (search in folders and subfolders) … ? Thanx so muuuch appreciated :)

I guess that’s not possible.
If the file extensions are known than maybe recording a macro would do the job?Cheers
