      I am a new user with notepad. I several hundred files that need their .ext changed in order to send via email. I believe there is a way to change all of the file .ext and send them via email. I don’t know the steps. Any help is appreciated.

        You can do this with Windows PowerShell.

        $files = Get-ChildItem | where {$_.Extension -eq ".ext"}
        foreach ($file in $files) {
        	$filenew = $file.Name.Replace(".ext", ".eml")
        	Rename-Item $file $filenew
        }

        Just change the extensions to match what you want. Try it in a test folder first so you don’t mess up all of your files if it doesn’t do exactly what you want.
