Some numbers are letters or symbols

It never used to happen and I can’t remember changing anything but when I go in Notepad ++ some of my numbers are letters or symbols like this

If this happens for a languages can you check the font name of
settings->style configurator->global styles->line number marginIf it is for a particular language only replace
global styles with the language name.Cheers

Thank you very much for the reply, it has sorted out the numbering down the side but it still has the same symbols when type, this is apparently 1 to 9.

I assume that the same font is used for
settings->style configurator->global styles->default style
Just curious, which font was selected?

Thank you everything is working fine now. I am not too sure what the original font was unfortunately, I think it began with a C but I’m not too sure. The least I could do for you helping me is to keep looking so if I find it I’ll let you know.
