Can't install on Windows 10? Any ideas?

I am having issues in stalling on windows 10. Has anyone had this problem?
Here is the error I receive:
Error opening file for writing:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\Scil.exer.dll
Click abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or ignore to skip this file…
Then it does this for almost all files it needs to download.
Any help is appreciated.

It sounds like those files are already opened by another program and are locked. Make sure Notepad++ isn’t running and make sure you have administrative privileges. If that still doesn’t work try restarting Win10.

If you have windows 10 OS, first download software, then right click the file and select option Run as Administrator .
