How to make the vertical text to horizontal text

I want to see the below ids in a horizontal line with a comma separated. please help

select lines
CTRL+J (edit->line operations->join lines)

This also worked but if we have millions of rows then its better we use

Search > Replace >

In dialog box ’ Find what ': \n
Replace with : Blank

And Replace All
