Hand navigation

Hello,
I wonder if a hand tool exist in Notepad++ like the Photoshop hand tool allowing to navigate easily in documents.
I searched this feature and didn’t find it.

If it could be possible I would love to navigate in my documents by dragging it thanks to the middle mouse button like in a Inkscape or a Scribus.

unfortunately I don’t know what a hand tool is and what it is used for.
