Persian text sorting

I wanted to report a bug but i couldn’t so i write here. sorting persian text is incorrect. from right to left it should be like below: آ-ا-ب-پ-ت-ث-ج-چ-ح-خ-د-ذ-ر-ز-ژ-س-ش-ص-ض-ط-ظ-ع-غ-ف-ق-ک-گ-ل-م-ن-ه-و-ی notepad++ should use Persian collation in below web address collation-charts.org/icu442/icu442-fa.html
