      Hi,

I just updated to Npp V6.9.1. My default font hasn’t set to “Source Code Pro”, and it didn’t appear in font list under Style Configurator.
I have uninstalled the software and deleted all the files from Program Files folder, reinstalled again, but still no “Source Code Pro” font.
As per documentation, that font appeared in V6.8.

Any idea of what I’m doing wrong?

      Thanks in advance

It was removed in v6.8.2 because it had various issues, most importantly it wasn’t showing & characters in some cases.

            Hello, Chema Ramos Remesal

If you’re not afraid of some possible side-effects, due to the use of the Source Code Pro font, you, still, can download all these fonts, from the Github site below :

            https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-code-pro/releases/tag/2.010R-ro/1.030R-it

The direct link to quickly download the Zip archive is :

            https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-code-pro/archive/2.010R-ro/1.030R-it.zip

            Notes :

            • After opening the downloaded archive, just click on the TTF sub-folder

            • Extract the four following font files:

              • SourceCodePro-Regular.ttf
              • SourceCodePro-Bold.ttf
              • SourceCodePro-It.ttf
              • SourceCodePro-BoldIt.ttf
            • These font files are identical to those which were part of the two N++ versions 6.8 or 6.8.1

Instead of moving these fonts, in your Notepad++ folder, I advice you to really install them on your system !

If you need some information about installing fonts, on your Windows system, just click below :

            https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Typography/TrueTypeInstall.aspx

            Enjoy N++,

            Best Regards,

            guy038

            P.S.,

I’ve just realized that you may, also, download a zip version of the Notepad++ v6.8.1 and extract the four font files, from the archive, only :-)
