Cannot edit profile cache maps

I am trying to add a second profile cache map in the NppFTP plugin, but every time I click “edit” and change either the local or remote filepath, the result is never saved no matter how I exit the plugin setting window.

I’m guessing this is probably a simple step I’m missing, can anyone fill me in?
