Redistribution of Notepad++

Is it allowed to redistribute the Notepad++ ZIP package or an extracted copy (= folder with unzipped files) containing Notepad++ with commercial software?
Naturally, no modification would be done and all files (including license information) would be kept in place so the user can see who created the tool.If that use case should be allowed, which attribution do I have to mention (e.g. link to your website)?
If it is not allowed is there any kind of license you sell that would permit this kind of redistribution?Thank you very much for any feedback!
