Why am I getting WakaTime

I have just come back after an illness and I needed to install NotePad ++
but i am only getting so far, It never happened before, It;s requiring me to login to WakaTime , can you please explain whats going on now

WakaTime is a plugin for Notepad++. It does not ship with Notepad++ by default. I think it is just available through the plugin manager.
