    NPP 6.9.2 has no css, html language plugins?

      No installed language support for css or html, no downloadable plugins listed in the manager, and none found online. Can this really be true?

        depends what you mean by language support.
        If you select HTML from the language menu then you get coloring and folding.
        If you install emmet plugin you get well, emmet.
        If you install XMLtools you can “pretty print” your code.
        If you install preview html plugin you get a preview mechanism …
