Questions about Notepad++ project

Hallo,

I am trying to find information about Notepad++ procject, but not the software it self.
Like how can someone join the development team?
What standards should someone that joined the team take care of?
how to submit a bug report ? and how will it be fixed ?
What kind of system engineering process are Notepad++ using (like: Scrum, Kanban, XP, WaterFall)
How are the people in the project organized ? in small groups or big ?

This kind of info.
