Where are View Menu Hide Margin toggles stored?

The Display Line Number toggle in Settings > Preferences > Editing is saved in config.xml. The Hide Line Number Margin in the Edit menu is a similar toggle but is not stored in config.xml. It is persistant which means it is stored somewhere. Does anyone know where the View Menu hide margin toggles are stored?
