New file on "Folder as Workspace", is that a way?

Hello guys!
I loved when this functionality appeared to help managing projects more easely. I realy like working with notepad++ instead of using any IDE to help coding my projects.
But I missed something that would make it perfect! Is there a way to create a file when right clicking on a folder inside “Folder as Workspace”?
