      Hello,

does anybody know a way to force Notepad++ to open any file using a specific encoding?

Currently Notepad++ opens each file using default encoding UTF-8 no matter what I set in Preferences/Newly created files or Preferences/Misc/Turn off encoding autodetection. My files are typically encoded in CP1251 so I get garbage on the screen.
