Is there another location I can to download XML Tools plugin?

At my work sourceforge.net is blocked by the firewall. I’m working with IT to get access to it but they are very slow to get it done. This means that I cannot download the XML Tools plugin that I need. Is there any other location or mirror I can download this from so I can do an offline installation?

if you have the plugin installed usually you can get the plugin url or site. sometimes they give an alternate site download location. otherwise you are stuck with sf. sorry
