Where I can Find Developer Documentation?

Hi to all,
I’m doing a a quality software evaluation of notepad ++ for a College project. I need to find the code guideline of the project to evaluate the code quality but i can’t find the developer documentation, so if someone can help me it’ll be really apreciated
