Can not see all bulgarian letter

Hey all i am having an issue with bulgarian text .Most of the letters i see them ok
some not really for example
зарядно - charger
нож - knife
лъж»ца - spoon
в»лица - fork
пан»ца - bowl/Dish - for soup
к”па - bowl/ for a salad
Is there a way for me to see everything ok?The text in the persons pc is ok cause she has shared her screen with me and i can see everything when she opens it in her pc.I have tried many stuffs they say in forums but no luck
