Non-loading website

One of the websites I am making is showing up that it is okay, but it won’t show up. What can I do to make it appear?

first of all, make clear what you want.
You’re saying that the website is showing up and in the sub-clause you are saying it isn’t.
Then describe the steps you’ve done clearly - how should we know what causes the problem
if you don’t provide any useful information. Sorry.
